Cinema tickets

Tickets for the cinema can be purchased online or at the Moritzhof. The box office in the foyer is open on weekdays from 2 pm. Opening hours at the weekend may vary depending on the programme. Cashless payment by debit or credit card is accepted on site.

Ticket reservations are not available.

By purchasing tickets, you agree to abide by the Hausordnung des Moritzhofs.

‍Admission prices

8,00€ regular price
6,00€ reduced price ‍

The discount applies to school pupils, students, apprentices, senior citizens, trainees, Otto City Card (OCC) holders, those doing a voluntary social year (FSJ) and people with disabilities.

TUESDAY is KINOtag (cinema day):
5,00€ per ticket

KinderKINO (children's cinema):
6,00€ adults
4,00€ children until the age of 12

Children under 3 years of age do not have to pay admission.

On the second weekend of the month, adult cinema-goers can pay the reduced children’s admission price of currently €4.00 for the children’s cinema upon presentation of a Sparkasse card (= EC card).

Cinema vouchers

1. Buy on-site
Cinema vouchers are available on weekdays from 2 pm at the box office in the foyer. Opening hours at weekends may vary depending on the programme.

2. Buy online
You can also buy your cinema vouchers online here. At present, payment is only possible by credit card.

The cinema vouchers are valid indefinitely and can only be used to purchase cinema tickets. They cannot be used to buy concert tickets or to pay for items in the café or at the bar.
