Rental

You’d like to use one of our spaces. That’s wonderful—we’re delighted! To determine if a rental is possible, we’ll be happy to check availability based on our schedule of events.

Please review the following guidelines and information in advance:

The Moritzhof Cultural Center is a sociocultural hub for events, gatherings, and social and cultural participation. ARTist! e.V. rejects all forms of discrimination and extremism. By renting the premises, you, as the event organizer, agree to the house rules of ARTist! e.V. and confirm that you will comply with them:

For private events, we need your name and contact information. For non-private events, please provide the name of the organizing organization and the name of a contact person, including their contact information.
What kind of event is planned in terms of content?
On which days and during what time period (including any setup and takedown times) would you like to use the space(s)?
How many people are expected?
Which room would you like to use?
Can you already tell whether any equipment will be needed for the event, and if so, what kind?
Note regarding catering: All catering for events is handled exclusively by the HofCafé. Please coordinate all catering details directly with the staff there: info@just-catering.
