Duo Stiehler/Lucaciu

They represent a unique fusion: classical music meets jazz, comedy meets pop. Music between the courage to close your eyes and freak out while seated. After a sold-out tour in 2024 and successful collaboration with the MDR Sinfonieorchester, the duo Stiehler/Lucaciu 2025 presented their new live album from the world's most renowned recording studios: Abbey Road Studios in London. Recorded and produced by Grammy winner John Barrett.

Sascha Stiehler (piano, synthesizer) and Antonio Lucaciu (saxophone, vocals) met over 21 years ago at a youth music competition and have been best friends not only musically ever since. The two people from Leipzig are two of the most renowned musicians on the German scene, played with musical greats such as Clueso, Daniel Hope, Max Prosa, Elif and Günther “Baby” Sommer and appeared on numerous TV formats such as Tagesthemen, Inas Nacht or Late Night Berlin.
