MAX – Das KinderFilmFest

Every autumn break, the Moritzhof shows, during the KinderfilmfestMax, a selection of current, high-quality children's films — from film premieres to anime classics, literary films and animated short films. There are all sorts of media educational and creative offerings — to deepen the cinema experience and discover your own abilities.

For several years, MAX has been supported by a jury who views and evaluates films for a week. You can become part of the jury in 2026!

The next KinderFilmFest MAX is part of the project Young artists! #generations, wants to facilitate an exchange between different generations and is expected to take place from October 17 to November 1, 2026.
