InTakt + My s Ukrainy
The InTakt Vocal Ensemble is a mixed choir based in Magdeburg that was founded in 2001 and has about 40 members. Mario Hübner has been directing the ensemble since 2022. With its varied and multilingual repertoire, the InTakt Vocal Ensemble celebrates the diversity of choral music. InTakt is known for its entertaining programs, unique musical arrangements, and the use of dynamic percussion instruments. Numerous concerts each year, participation in music and choral festivals, and performances with other musicians make InTakt’s choral life a vibrant experience.
The Ukrainian women’s choir My s Ukrainy was founded in Magdeburg in 2022 and is directed by Tetiana Strochal. The choir is made up of Ukrainian women who were displaced by the war and now live in Germany. Since its founding, it has been an active part of the city’s cultural life, combining artistic excellence with a strong cultural identity. His repertoire combines Ukrainian folk music with choral works in German and French, all of which are characterized by musical precision, expressiveness, and stylistic diversity.
