Krisenfestes Empowerment mit kreativen Methoden
When the world goes off the rails, we need more than slogans about perseverance. This workshop combines creative and theatre education methods with biographical work in order to productively address fear and doubt and make it possible to experience the potential of crises and fractures.
We shed light on which mechanisms populists use in times of uncertainty and strengthen self-leadership and inner support before fears can be exploited. We see crises as turning points at which new things can arise.
In doing so, we also look at how crises are experienced in a gender-specific way and are framed by society: Which role models and expectations have a particularly strong impact in times of uncertainty? How are gender issues politically instrumentalized? The workshop creates creative spaces in which fixed attributions are questioned and self-determined attitudes are created.
The workshop is aimed at multipliers in educational work as well as at individuals who want to strengthen their resilience and remain able to act in uncertain times.
The workshop is part of the training series “Nicht mein Narrativ”, organized in cooperation with Landeszentrum Freies Theater Sachsen-Anhalt and the Kompetenzzentrum geschlechtergerechte Kinder- und Jugendhilfe Sachsen-Anhalt e.V.
