KULINARISCH UNTERWEGS ... IN FRANKREICH

The “Culinary Journeys” series organised by the Freiwilligenagentur Magdeburg offers a stress-free introduction to the food culture of other countries and regions. Together with a local guide, guests cook a dish from the guide’s home country and, in the process, learn interesting facts about the culture, language and local sights. As part of FRANKO.FOLIE! 2026, the journey naturally takes us to France – more specifically, to Brittany. The focus will be on traditions, history and, of course, crêpes and galettes. Together, participants will prepare French dishes in the kitchen of the MWG Nachbarschaftstreffs Süd and get to know one another.
