The FRANKO.FOLIE! 26 network invites you to a closing celebration in the summery courtyards of the Literaturhaus and Volksbad Buckau. With free admission, you can once again experience French culture in all its diverse facets: from language classes to French participatory dances, a children’s book presentation, and book crafts, all the way to lavender soap-making. Please visit our website for the detailed program. At 8 p.m., we’ll celebrate together with a concert by Ina Karian et Paris la nuit on what will be (for now) the last French night! The German-French ensemble—featuring vocals, guitar, accordion, bass, and drums—plays original compositions influenced by gypsy rhythms, flamenco, and world music. Music to dance to with clever, cheeky lyrics—quite simply: “World music in French”!
