taz: Wetten, dass … die Demokratie gewinnt?

Ahead of the elections in Saxony-Anhalt, the taz is bringing representatives of civil society and leading politicians from the democratic parties together on stage for an evening at the Moritzhof.

To kick things off, four activists—fueled by schnapps—share their most absurd moments in the fight against enemies of democracy and a sluggish bureaucracy. Who can top that? The audience joins in the guessing game. Featuring Steffi Hauck (Alliance for Democracy and Tolerance), Luna Möbius (Content Creator), RobertFietzke (Zora e.V.), and Saaeid Saaeid (Refugee Council).

Afterward, the leading candidates will discuss the state’s political future. What are their plans for a strong civil society, and how do they intend to ensure they remain capable of taking action after the election? Featuring Sven Schulze (CDU), Armin Willingmann (SPD), Eva von Angern (The Left), Susan Sziborra-Seidlitz (The Greens), and Claudia Wittig (BSW).
